✅ Cancellation & Pre-Booking

Currently, order cancellations and returns are not allowed.

For pre-booked items, the advance amount is non-refundable if the order is cancelled.
✅ Defective / Wrong Product

We take utmost care in packaging and shipping, so chances of receiving a defective or wrong product are very rare.

If you receive a defective product or a different item, please contact us immediately with proper proof (see video guideline below).
✅ Refund Policy

If you request a refund after the product has been shipped but before delivery, we will process the refund after deducting Transaction Fees, Forward & Reverse shipping charges, when we get back the parcel.

Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product passes the verification process.
